Ordering a wedding cake isn’t something you do every day — so I’ve made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. And just so you know: no question is ever a silly one!

Here’s how it works:

1. Initial Info Pack
   I’ll send over a pricing guide, a portion guide to help you choose the right size, and everything you need to get started. I always take your venue into account when quoting — so there are no hidden costs for delivery or set-up. What you see is what you pay.
2. Choose Your Flavours
   You’ll receive my (very large!) flavour menu — and you’re welcome to choose a different flavour for each tier.
3. Share Your Ideas
   Send me any inspiration images, colour palettes, or themes you have in mind. The more detail, the better — I love bringing your vision to life.
4. Secure Your Date
   A 20% deposit secures your booking and date in my calendar.
5. Your Personal Client File
   I open a dedicated file for every couple — it’s my go-to for all your details, ideas, and updates along the way.
6. Final Confirmation
   Around a month before your big day, I’ll get in touch to confirm every last detail — including flavours, delivery or collection times, and final design touches. The remaining balance is also due at this time.
